Artisanal production of semi-finished hazelnuts in Alba

This semi-finished product is derived from the grinding and subsequent refining of the hazelnut, resulting in a fluid product that can be used in the confectionery sector, by ice cream parlours, pastry shops, artisan laboratories, biscuit factories, and more.

Three types of roasting are available depending on customer requirements (light, medium, and dark).

Packaging available in: 1 kg, 5 kg, and 20 kg in plastic buckets.
